Pre-Contest Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your participation in a contest before it starts, you can do so within the time frame specified on the contest details page. Upon successful cancellation, the entry fee paid will be refunded to your account balance.
Post-Contest Start: Once a contest begins, cancellations are no longer allowed. Entry fees are non-refundable after the contest has started, as the outcome depends on real-life player performances.

2. Contest Cancellation by FantasyCricketHub
Insufficient Participants: If a contest does not reach the minimum required number of participants, FantasyCricketHub reserves the right to cancel it. In such cases, all entry fees will be fully refunded to the participants.
Technical Issues: If there are technical problems, server issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that hinder the fair execution of a contest, FantasyCricketHub may cancel it. Participants will be notified, and entry fees will be refunded.
Violation of Rules: If a contest is canceled due to violations of our Fair Play Policy or other platform rules by participants, refunds may not be provided to those involved in the violation.

- Cancellation of a contest by FantasyCricketHub.
- User-initiated cancellations before the contest begins.
- Billing or payment errors.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your FantasyCricketHub account balance. From there, you can either use the balance for future contests or request a withdrawal following our standard withdrawal procedures.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- User disqualification due to rule violations.
- Losses incurred based on the performance of selected players during gameplay.
- Requests made after the contest has started or completed.
